We’re a FoodTech scale-up with over £25million of funding, and we want to revolutionise food delivery through the creation and franchising of virtual food brands (brands designed for delivery), operated by anyone that runs a commercial kitchen - we think there’s about 70,000 of them in the UK. We've grown massively in a short period of time and have operations in the UK, Europe, USA and UAE. We offer kitchen operators everything they need to sell our brands through delivery Apps whilst continuing to service their core customers.

We are currently looking for a Business Development Specialist (German Speaking) for our headquarter in London to actively support us with our further growth. Responsibilities:
  • Sales Prospecting: Identify and target potential customers through various channels, including cold calls, email campaigns, and so social media outreach.
  • Client Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with our restaurant partners, understanding their needs, and providing solutions to meet their goals.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our products/services, staying updated on industry trends, and effectively communicate their value to prospects.
  • Sales Presentations: Conduct compelling presentations and demonstrations to potential partners, showcasing the benefits and addressing their inquiries.
  • Sales Negotiation: Collaborate with clients to create customised solutions and negotiate terms and pricing agreements to close deals successfully.
  • Sales Quotas: Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets to contribute to the PWB's revenue growth.
  • Pipeline Management: Manage the entire sales process, from lead generation to closing, and maintain accurate records in our CRM system.
  • Market Insights: Stay informed about competitors and market trends, providing feedback to the team and suggesting strategies for improvement.
About You
  • You’re fluent in German and English
  • Proven experience in full-cycle sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
  • Self-motivated and target-driven with a proactive attitude.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.

How we work: This is a hybrid role with three days in the office and two days working from home.
