Class teacher with Phase Leader responsibility TLR - Hawridge & Cholesbury Church of England School

About us

Our single form entry school is looking for an organised, dynamic class teacher who in addition to modelling excellent teaching and learning, will lead others to reach the best possible standards.

The role includes responsibility for leading the Lower School (Reception and KS1) as well as leading a substantial curriculum area to be agreed.

About you

This role is suited to teachers with at least 2 years teaching experience, although other experience will be considered. Successful candidates will be looking to further develop their skills as part of a positive, supportive team and make good use of our wonderful, rural location and school grounds. Successful applicants will be able to build warm, nurturing relationships with the children and understand what it takes for all children to reach their full potential and achieve the best possible learning outcomes for them.

Full or part-time would be considered.
