Searching for a competitive self-starter that thrives in a fast-paced environment, you will be comfortable working with SMB to Large organisations, generating interest, qualifying prospects, and closing sales.
Responsibilities
- Managing sales opportunities with New and Existing clients (2 roles)
- Qualify opportunities and forward to Regional Account Managers.
- Closing deals over the phone
- Identify customer's buying trends and provide reports to management
- Cross-selling, up-selling and client retention
- Enter, update, and maintain CRM information on leads, prospects, and opportunities
Qualifications
- 12 months of Cold calling OR Account Management experience would be desirable
- Positive personality with strong communication skills
- Resilient with a positive attitude
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
