Role -

The Regional Clinical Advisor will work closely with customer accounts to provide training and education into the best clinical practice around a solution-based range of compression and wound management products. The role will see the appointed person lead the integration process between ICB, Acute and community care - positioning a service that offers best in standard care from diagnosis to full discharge of any related ulcer or wound related condition. While this role is clinical in focus it will see the Clinical Advisor work closely with Account Managers and Commercial Managers - who together will drive product uptake and ensure clinical pathway development with the portfolio. The position will require significant travel throughout the territory and success will be driven by the ability to challenge current clinical practice and deliver training / education that positions our client as clear provider of choice.

Candidate -

* A relevant clinical qualification and experience i.e. nursing, podiatry.

* Passion about wound care and compression therapy and proven sales or influencing experience and knowledge, within a clinical or non-clinical arena, ideally within the UK Healthcare market.

* Tenacity, self-drive and goal orientated approach.

* Agility & curiosity

* Effective objection handling, influencing and persuasive skills.

* Excellent communication skills: active listener, confident presenter and ability to adapt approach and communicate effectively via am OMNI-channel approach.

* Commercial and strategic thinking.

* Analytical data analysis skills.

* Good planning and organising skills; the ability to utilise your commercial knowledge and data to plan your workload effectively and efficiently and maximise your time.

* To reside in Scotland and able to cover the Scotland and Northern Ireland region.

* Flexibility to stay away from home, on occasion, due to the nature of the role.

* A full valid driving licence

* Current work eligibility documentation to work in the UK
