WHAT WE DO

  • The Rockstar Security team is responsible for protecting the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of Rockstar’s sensitive intellectual property and data.
  • We foster a security culture across all teams and disciplines at Rockstar, providing policy, standards, guidance, and security awareness training to everyone.
  • W e w ork closely with departments across the company to understand their workflows and help ensure they are following best practices.
  • We work with technology stakeholders to assess our posture, build controls, and mitigate security risks.
  • Our team is on the front-line of monitoring, detecting, and responding to security related incidents.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Drive growth, maturity and adoption of our application security program across engineering teams.
  • Work with stakeholders across application security , security, IT, and development teams to d efine the problem space, collect requirements, and plan prioritized security initiatives and projects .
  • Align leadership, stakeholders, and the application security team on the program roadmap .
  • Help teams meet deliverables through unblocking the team, addressing dependencies, and coordinating efforts where necessary across the company.
  • Manage the application security program from beginning to end.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 5+ years of experience in a technical program management role .
  • Strong understanding of Secure Development Lifecycle principles, methodologies, and practices.
  • A technical background in application security and experience of working effectively with development and engineering teams .
  • A proven track record of establishing and maintaining healthy partnerships across multi-disciplinary teams .
  • Deep knowledge of common application security related industry standards such as OWASP , CIS and NIST .
  • Working experience with agile development metho dologies.

SKILLS

  • Skilled at defining and delivering an end-to-end technical program with prioritization, road mapping, communication and implementation.
  • Experienced in defining, communicating, and implementing policy in the a pplication s ecurity space.
  • Capable of identifying application security challenges and working with stakeholders to identify and drive solutions.
  • Prioritizing solutions that complement and contribute to the larger goal of delivering amazing gam ing experiences to our players .
  • Comfortable at communicating effectively across multiple teams, and upwards to leadership.
  • Experience with risk-based prioritization and being d ata driven in your decision making.
