  • The ideal candidate will bring a passion for career exploration and an understanding of how to engage and motivate ICs and managers to develop their professional skills
  • Collaborate on multiyear Learning strategy with VP of Global Talent Management and peers who lead executive development and talent programs to build capabilities in high growth organization enabling us to be world class at scale.
  • Lead and grow high performing team.
  • Team-oriented leader with the ability to think strategically and creatively while having a commitment to providing excellent customer service
  • Lead global design and delivery of scalable capability building of workforce related to all core initiatives that enable a differentiated and delightful employee experience (i.e., performance enablement including career development, listening, new hire first 90 days experience) and other learning associated with organization development initiatives across our workforce.
  • Lead global design and delivery of scalable learning initiatives focused on building capabilities and accelerating development of people managers, individual contributors and early career talent.
  • Partner with peers who lead functional/technical, compliance training to align and enhance overall Freshworks learning experience.
  • Maximize learning related tools and technology, and plan for future learning related technology needs.
  • Report out regularly on the efficacy and impact of initiatives.
  • Operate in an agile manner to ensure program design evolves as our organization continues to grow.
Qualifications
  • We are looking for someone who is forward-thinking, organized, and can take initiative.
  • Master's degree in L&D-related field
  • Certifications demonstrating ongoing development in the field
  • Strong communication skills, Influencer and the ability to work with a diverse range of stakeholders, inclusive of executives
  • 15+ years exp in related roles - including experience in the technology industry and high growth/scaling organisations
  • Ability and interest in working both strategically and tactically
  • Demonstrate core CHAT cultural values.
  • Hybrid work arrangement - already based in or willing to relocate to London or Chennai. Occasional local and global travel
