Medicines Counter assistant (MCA) trained individual You will work closely with a highly motivated Pharmacy team, further developing and delivering an efficient, convenient and accessible pharmacy service to meet the needs of our patients. Your day to day duties will involve:

  • Supporting the technical aspects of the dispensary including the receipt and endorsing of prescriptions as well as the labelling, dispensing and assembly of medication.
  • Counsel patients on the use of their medication where appropriate, tailoring the conversations to ensure patients are fully informed about their healthcare needs.
  • Support the dispensary team in actively promoting efficient pharmacy operations and services.
Full training will be provided on induction.
