About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Dispenser (NVQ level 2) at Superdrug. As a key member of our pharmacy team, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and care.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Pharmacy Manager and team to deliver excellent customer service and ensure that all customers are served with care and efficiency.
- Work on both the pharmacy counter and in the dispensary, processing prescriptions and providing advice to customers.
- Collaborate with colleagues to maintain a clean and organized pharmacy environment.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge.
Requirements
- NVQ Level 2 in dispensing or equivalent qualification.
- Ability to work a shift pattern and hours that may include weekends and bank holidays.
- Experience of working in a community pharmacy is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
