Lettings consultant- Newcastle - £27,000pa - DOE

At least 2 years Lettings experience

One Property Recruitment have been instructed on the search for a Lettings consultant to join our client’s high-end Build to Rent development in Newcastle.

My client is a high-end Build to Rent company, who have assets all over the UK. They have further planned to increase their portfolio and are looking for an ambitious Lettings consultant who can enter and lease up the high-end apartments in this 300-unit single site development. Your role as a Lettings consultant will include:

• Conduct all property viewings within the development.

• Ensure that properties are presented well for letting.

• Manage leads and applications for viewings via salesforce, and ensure potential customers are kept in touch with available properties.

• Bonuses will be provided for your hard work.

• Huge progression opportunities within the Build to Rent sector.

• Duration of contract:

• Permanent
