  • will be an integral support to the Director of Brand and New Business in managing on-going New Business, Marketing and PR activity.
  • role will include assisting the management of our New Business Intern, New Business Researcher and New Business Designer. The role will also have a close relationship with our external PR agency in addition to working across many departments internally within TBWA.
RESPONSIBILITIES NEW BUSINESS AND PROSPECTING
  • (and in some cases leading) the creation of RFI’s, chemistry meetings and pitch doctoring.
  • with prospecting strategy
  • management of RFI’s, chemistry meetings and client pitch meetings.
  • intermediary liaison (helping diarise key meetings and processing client document such as NDAs).
  • of procurement portals.
  • the maintenance of CRM database - consultants, prospects, industry friends.
  • Consultant and client newsletter creation.
  • new business toolkit with latest information and case studies.
  • management of pitch theatre and logistics.
MARKETING & PR
  • with the brand guardianship of the TBWA brand.
  • with internal teams and ownership of project management of key assets to creatively promote latest work and news.
  • and implementation of social strategy, creative campaigns, calendar, day-to-day social media management including writing posts, content creation, posting and community management - with design & intern support.
  • with the creation and implementation of wider TBWA marketing campaigns and maintaining the TBWA website.
