We are seeking a driven and strategic-minded individual to join us as Co-founder and Chief Financial Officer (CFO). A key member of the founding team, you will play a critical role in shaping the financial future of the company. You will be responsible for overseeing all financial aspects of the business, including fundraising, financial planning, accounting, and budget management. Fundraising: Lead efforts to raise capital from investors, including venture capital firms, angel investors, and other funding sources. Financial Strategy: Collaborate with the CEO and other members of the executive team to develop and execute the company's financial strategy. Provide strategic financial guidance to support long-term growth and sustainability.
Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A): Develop and maintain financial models to support business planning and decision-making. Analyze financial data and performance metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and risks.

Serve as the primary point of contact for investors, providing regular updates on financial performance, milestones, and strategic initiatives. Build and lead a high-performing finance team, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Mentor and develop team members to support their professional growth and development.

Proven experience as a CFO, VP of Finance, or similar leadership role in a startup or high-growth company.
Demonstrated track record of successfully raising capital from investors, including venture capital firms and angel investors.
Strong financial acumen, with the ability to develop and execute financial strategies to support business objectives.
Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret financial data and provide actionable insights.
Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting standards.
