We are looking for an experienced Product Manager with a passion for driving product initiatives and delivering exceptional value to customers. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a client-focused approach, and a proven track record of managing and delivering projects in a fast-paced environment. As a Product Manager, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product strategy, prioritise initiatives, and ensure successful delivery while maintaining a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders across the business to define and prioritize product initiatives that align with company goals and customer needs.
- Lead multi-disciplined teams through the product development lifecycle, from ideation to launch, ensuring alignment and delivery of key milestones.
- Manage and deliver projects, prioritising tasks and resources to meet deadlines and drive product success.
- Facilitate timely decision-making by identifying and resolving issues, mitigating risks, and driving consensus among stakeholders.
- Champion a client-focused approach, leveraging knowledge and experience to deliver outstanding levels of service and satisfaction.
- Demonstrate strong leadership skills by coaching, supporting, and empowering teams to achieve their goals through influence and persuasion.
- Foster a culture of teamwork and collaboration, particularly in a remote work environment, by promoting open communication and mutual respect.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders, engaging with them regularly to gather feedback, validate ideas, and drive product improvements.
- Utilize agile methodologies to drive product development, iterating quickly and adapting to changing market dynamics.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
- Proven experience in product management, with a track record of successfully managing and delivering projects in a SaaS environment.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence others and build strong relationships across the business.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to facilitate timely decisions and drive consensus among stakeholders.
- Client-focused approach, with a passion for delivering exceptional value and service to customers.
- Ability to thrive in a high-pressure environment and adapt to changing priorities with a flexible attitude.
- Experience working in and collaborating with multi-disciplined teams on product initiatives.
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to manage, coach, and support teams through influence and persuasion.
- Values the importance of teamwork and collaboration, with experience working in a remote team being advantageous.
- Proven ability to engage with and develop strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
- Experience working in an agile environment and within the Energy/Utilities industry would be advantageous but not essential.
