As a Business Development Representative (BDR) at Fastmarkets, you will play a pivotal role in identifying, nurturing, and converting new business opportunities.
Your primary responsibilities will include generating and qualifying leads, building relationships with potential clients, and working closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure the continued growth of our customer base. Therole of Business Development Representative is a crucial role to the acceleration of the Fastmarkets growth, the right candidate will be experienced in delivering significant growth throughnew business opportunity generation. They will be prepared to work purely through outbound prospecting without relying on an account book to generate opportunity within their territory. Generate high-quality leads through various channels, including cold calling, email campaigns, and social media.
Outreach to prospects via high volume of emails, phone calls, and over social media channels such as Linkedin.
Work closely with the sales team to create choreographed account and territory outreach plans.
Develop and improve sales skills through training and shadowing AE’s.
Log and record detailed notes and follow ups in our CRM (Salesforce)
Collaborate with the marketing team to align outreach strategies with market dynamics.

Bachelors degree or equivalent in numerate, technical or business discipline
A proven track record using CRM (Salesforce) software and lead generation tools (ZoomInfo, Sales Navigator) is a plus.
