As a Corporate Solicitor, you will be joining a large team to provide clients with comprehensive and professional advice to a wide range of Corporate transactional matters.

Within this Corporate Solicitor role, your duties will include:

  • Running your own caseload of mergers, acquisitions, management buy-out and buy ins, trade sales, joint ventures, shareholder agreements and disposals
  • Advising clients on general company law compliance and corporate governance
  • Supporting more junior members of the team when necessary
  • Taking part in Business Development Initiatives

The successful candidate will ideally have 5+ years' PQE within Corporate law, is driven, very commercially aware and has excellent client care skills.
