Corporate Solicitor - Birmingham - Hybrid


Are you a skilled and enthusiastic Corporate Commercial solicitor looking to elevate your career in a top legal 500 firm? Join our clients dynamic corporate commercial team in West Midlands,


Corporate Commercial Solicitor - Birmingham - TOP 500 FIRM


You will be joining a leading team, and undertaking a wide range of Corporate Commercial work to include;

  • Managing a case load of high value M&A work including sales, purchases, MBOs, MBIs, corporate restructures, commercial contracts and shareholder agreements etc
  • Having a proven track record of leading complex and high value corporate deals with excellent technical drafting ability and commerciality
  • You will be working with an impressive client based, including high profile and complex transactions


Qualifications and Experience:


• Ideal candidates should have at least 4+ years’ post qualification experience up to a more senior/ partner level, there are a few roles in this team due to expansion and success

• Ideally experience in both corporate and commercial work, preferably in private practice or in-house experience.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
