Head of Group Fleet Operations

We are currently looking to recruit for a dynamic & experienced Head of Group Fleet operations. The role is a new position within our dealership group, to help support our existing team and develop the fleet element of our business.

This is a senior role and relevant experience within the motor trade & the fleet arena is a prerequisite. We currently partner with several manufacturers who have an appetite for us to grow the fleet side of the business, while Business & Fleet sales are volume linked, we have a group strategy that means we do not want high turnover, low yield but a balanced approach meaning the successful applicant will have to manage the P&L of the fleet business to deliver for the stakeholders within the group, but also manage excellent customer relations.

  • Sales Operations and Process
  • Performance Analysis and Reporting
  • Training and Development
  • Order Planning and Cash Flow Management
  • Funding Planning and Finance Arrrangements
  • Budgeting & Expense Management
  • Prospect & Develop Local Business Relationships
