As a member of the Energy Sales Team you will be trained to price business contract renewals and new acquisitions using supplier pricing portals and manual pricing tools. You will call up to 200 customers per day and work towards set targets and cross sell our broadband, telecoms and water products offering customers savings on their bills.
Contacting existing and lapsed customers to renew their energy contracts
Experience of Commercial Utility Sales is an advantage. (Gas, Electric, Telecoms, Broadband & Water)
Used to dealing with customers, either on inbound or outbound calls in a telesales or call centre environment
Previously had success in a telesales role and proven to exceed targets

Experience of Commercial Utility Sales is an advantage (Gas & Electric)

Previous experience in any of the following roles would give you a distinct advantage, however full industry and product training is provided
Account Manager, Telesales Agents, Sales Advisors, Customer Service, Inbound / Outbound Sales Executive, Junior Account Manager, Business Development Manager, Campaign Manager, Call Centre Agent, Contact Centre, Team Leader.
