Key Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy Execution:

  • Implement and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed company sales targets within the Midlands.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities by Disrupting the market

Customer Engagement:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
  • Present and demonstrate Tomato Energy's products and services effectively to potential clients.
  • Understand customer needs and tailor solutions to meet those needs.

Market Analysis:

  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities within the region.
  • Provide feedback to the sales and marketing teams to refine and improve the sales approach.

Reporting and Documentation:

  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions
  • Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback.

Collaboration:

  • Work closely with their Manager to support promotional activities
  • Collaborate with technical teams to ensure customers receive the best service and product fit.

Travel:

  • Travel frequently across the Midlands and working in outdoor locations

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a sales role, preferably in the energy or renewable energy sector.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Willingness to travel extensively across the Midlands.
  • Valid driver's license.
