Key Responsibilities Providing general practical and emotional support, promoting independent living skills and access to external resources Responding appropriately and empathetically to all situations Providing support with independent living skills, access to employment and appointments Providing an effective and responsive supportive service Liaise with external agencies and offer support in the community Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and reports Required Experience Experience supporting vulnerable adults across all settings will be considered for this role. You will have excellent communication and relationship building skills and experience, and will be driver with a full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle. Is your current role related?
