Hairdressing & Barbering Assessor

This position is for a Hairdressing & Barbering Assessor who will successfully deliver qualifications in Hairdressing and Barbering, ensuring robust ILP, adheres to the provider’s scheme of work and the Education inspection framework standards. Providing the required level of support for each Apprentice to enable timely successful completions.You must ensure learners remain on programme by regularly checking in and carrying out progress reviews, either remotely or in the workplace on a 1:1 basis. This includes preparing learners for the end-point assessment (EPA) and set SMART targets to support them to achieve on time. It will be expected that you maintain regular contact with employers during the whole of the learning journey, keeping momentum and energy throughout the qualification.

Ensuring learner files are fully compliant and up to date whilst, being responsible for completing and maintaining appropriate internal and external quality standards.
