I am searching for a talented and driven Junior Technical Business Analyst to join my client as they expand their groundbreaking process automation tools into the EU market. This role will also see you get to visit their Australian offices on an annual basis making this an even more incredibly exciting role and opportunity

Your Role:

As a Junior Technical Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role in configuring, implementing, and integrating a process automation application. Your work will be pivotal in liaising across global teams, with a primary focus on Australia and expanding into the EU market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Market Understanding: Collaborate with the UK and EU teams to understand and adapt to market requirements
  • Technical Workflows: Build and manage technical workflows using a specialised process automation tool
  • Product Development: Potentially expand into developing the application for EU market needs, including product ownership and assisting the Australian product team.
  • Integration & Development: Utilise your skills to integrate via API, write bespoke code or algorithms, and tailor solutions to meet market client needs.
  • Pre-Sales Support: Demonstrate the flexibility of our tools through pre-sales presentations and integration with the application.
  • Client Implementation: Support clients through the entire project lifecycle, including requirements gathering, configuration, and training.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct analysis to ensure solutions meet client scenarios and fit within the EU market.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience: Proven track record in implementing/managing change, solving complex problems, and experience in a Business Analysis/Implementation Consultant role or a related Software Development environment.
  • Skills: Strong technical skills in data extraction, manipulation, and programming or scripting (e.g., SQL, Python).
  • Communication: Excellent writing and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Analytical Mindset: Ability to perform in-depth market analysis and adapt solutions to meet evolving market needs.
