We are seeking a results-driven Area Sales Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, building and maintaining strong customer relationships, and expanding our market presence within the assigned territory. Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base within the assigned territory.
• Identify and engage prospective customers through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
• Negotiate and close sales agreements, ensuring mutually beneficial terms for both the customer and the company.
• Provide excellent post-sale support to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns that drive sales growth.
• Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts to track performance and provide insights to management.

Proven experience in sales, preferably in the materials handling equipment or related industry.
• Strong understanding of materials handling equipment, including forklifts, conveyors, pallet jacks, and automated systems.
• Ability to travel within the assigned territory as needed.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
