Our client, a reputable finance company, is seeking adedicated and professional Corporate Receptionist to join their teamon a temporary basis. This is an exciting opportunity to showcase yourexceptional reception and administrative skills in a fast-pacedcorporate environment.

As a Corporate Receptionist, youwill play a vital role in creating a positive first impression forclients and visitors. Your welcoming demeanour and outstandingcommunication skills will ensure that all interactions are handled ina professional and efficient manner. You will provide essentialadministrative support and assist in maintaining the smooth running ofthe office.

Responsibilities:

  • Greeting visitors in a friendly and professional manner, directingthem to the appropriate individuals or departments
  • Answering incoming calls and transferring them to the relevant parties
  • Handling incoming and outgoing mail, includingcouriers and deliveries
  • Managing the reception area,ensuring it is clean, tidy, and presentable at all times
  • Booking and coordinating meeting rooms, including refreshments ifnecessary
  • Assisting with administrative tasks, suchas scanning, filing, and data entry
  • Maintainingoffice supplies and placing orders when necessary
  • Collaborating with various teams and departments to ensure effectivecommunication within the company
  • Providingexceptional customer service at all times

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as areceptionist or in a similar customer-facing role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Professional and polished appearance
  • Strongorganisational and time management abilities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint,Outlook)
  • Ability to multitask and work well underpressure
  • Flexible and adaptable to changingpriorities
  • Highly reliable and punctual
