Account Manager
Job Type: Full-time
We are seeking a dedicated Account Manager to join our Core Accounts team. Reporting to the Manager of Core Accounts, this role is pivotal in driving growth, retaining accounts, and developing client relationships within our core market segment portfolio. The successful candidate will be instrumental in managing existing and new core accounts and collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer requirements are met and exceeded.
Resolve client issues and meet client requirements by effectively managing the internal network.
Analyse end-user requirements to identify and sell the correct suite of services.
Achieve growth, revenue, and retention targets by selling a range of products, including merchant services and cash technologies.
Identify and capitalise on growth opportunities with targeted accounts.
Deliver against agreed contact strategy, account plans, and KPIs.
Manage sales pipeline using CRM and ensure timely response to RFP/RFIs.
Support best practice sales initiatives across the team.
Collaborate with Customer Experience and Contract Management teams to accelerate customer onboarding and satisfaction.
Participate in revenue management activities, including forecasting and budget reviews.
Graduate calibre or equivalent experience.
Enthusiastic, highly motivated, and sales-driven.
Previous account management and telephone sales experience.
Proficiency with Sales CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
Proven track record of success in B2B sales.
