We are working with Primary, Secondary and SEND Schools across Spalding, and looking to build a reliable and inspirational Team of Teaching Assistants support these schools

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about education and wants to make a positive impact on students' learning experiences. As a Teaching Assistant in Primary or Secondary Schools you would work with students on a 1:1, Group or Intervention basis to support the children and class Teacher.
Collaborate with school staff.Experience with Primary or Secondary aged children.
Flexibility to adapt to different school environments.
Enhanced DBS clearance or willingness to obtain one.Competitive daily rates
Flexibility to choose your schedule - decide when you work, if you want to go on holiday during term time - you can
Variety of enriching assignments - we can offer flexibility of Day to day, short term, Long Term or Permanent
Excellent way to gain experience if you are looking to explore Teaching in the future, or if you are looking to gain experience in different Key Stages, so you can decide where you are most comfortableExcellent CPD
