Responsibilities:
Provide 1:1 and small group support to students in English, working closely with pupils of varying abilities to help them excel.

Offer personalised academic support to students who require extra help, helping them grasp challenging English concepts.
Participate in intervention programmes designed to boost students academic performance and confidence.

Monitor student progress and provide feedback to the class teacher, helping to adapt teaching strategies to meet individual needs.
Essential Requirements:
A minimum 2:1 bachelor's degree in English from a top UK university.
