If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you Position: Head of Finance About Us: We are a premier estate agency and property management company based in Liverpool, dedicated to providing exceptional service to our clients. As we expand into new areas, we are seeking a motivated and visionary Head of Finance to join our team and drive our financial strategy forward. Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage the finance department, ensuring robust financial planning and analysis.
- Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with our business objectives and growth plans.
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting to support informed decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and standards.
- Provide strategic financial advice to senior management and stakeholders.
- Drive continuous improvement in financial processes and systems to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Proven experience in a senior finance role, preferably within the estate agency or property management sector.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strategic thinker with a proactive approach to financial management and problem-solving.
- In-depth knowledge of financial best practices and regulatory requirements.
