Location: Hybrid from any of our WWTW sites, or remote. Travel as required.
Hours: Full Time 37.5 (e.g. 9-5, half hour unpaid break)

WWTW’s ultimate goal is that those who have fallen furthest from where they want to be, are back on their feet, with a reignited sense of purpose; able to make a positive contribution to their communities again. Each role at WWTW has a part to play in that mission.
We are seeking an experienced Head of Finance to join our team with a background or prior experience of working within the third sector. An important role within our central service function, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and managing the financial operations of the charity.
You will lead the team in providing high quality financial stewardship including planning, reporting, financial controls, grant and fund management, financial analysis, compliance and financial risk management. You will also work with stakeholders across the organisation to provide support, partner budget holders and deliver communications to various departments providing clear and concise information.
We are looking for a person who aligns with our values, demonstrating them in their day to day work through collaborating with and empowering others to deliver our core value of Client First. You will lead with integrity and respect, helping to nurture a positive culture where people around us may thrive.

In return, you’ll also be part of a vibrant team with a common goal of supporting those who have served and you’ll receive a competitive salary, 5% employer pension contribution, private medical insurance, death in service benefit, and generous holiday allowance of 25 days (increasing to a maximum of 28 days with length of service).
This post will close on Wednesday 22 February for applications and interviews will begin week commencing 4 March 2024. We expect to hold two stage interview with an opportunity for you to meet some of the team during the process. We reserve the right to close the advert early if we receive sufficient applications.
