Job Description Created by Jo Malone CBE, Jo Loves is an innovative and highly coveted global fragrance brand inspired by Jo’s memories and the moments in life that she loves. Jo Malone CBE has been described as an 'English scent maverick' and the woman responsible for creating some of the world's most loved fragrances.

Originally a facial therapist, Jo fell in love with fragrance while working from her discreet skin care clinic which she set up from her London home. Discovering an instinctual talent for creating scented products by hand in her kitchen, word of her exceptional potions quickly spread and soon Jo was unable to keep up with demand. From these artisan beginnings Jo launched her first brand, Jo Malone London, which gained cult status around the world. In 1999, Jo sold the business to Estée Lauder Companies and remained Creative Director until she left in 2006.

We have an exciting opportunity to join our growing in-house creative team based in London. You will support the Head of Creative to deliver evolving global brand and commercial assets, store design, merchandising and packaging design. You will have the opportunity to learn and develop under the leadership of our management team with a wealth of experience in the beauty industry.

Requirements:
•\tA minimum of three years working for a brand or agency within beauty or fashion.
•\tA passion for brands, graphic design, branding and digital content.
•\tA strong understanding of digital design and delivering artwork for social media - IG / TikTok / FB / LinkedIn / YouTube.
•\tCreative flair using typography, imagery and layout.
•\tConceptual thinker who demonstrates an elevated craft in their work.
•\tMeticulous attention to detail.
•\tFully conversant in Adobe Creative Suite.
•\tExperience managing time wisely and juggling multiple project deadlines.
•\tExcellent communication and presentation skills.
\t•\tExperience in producing packaging design and print artwork.
•\tExperience in delivering projects for moving image content.
•\tExperience in editing and animation a plus.
•\tExperience working for beauty brands.
•\tExcellent technical knowledge and understanding of formats for print, digital and moving image.
•\tFamiliarity with project management systems a bonus.

Responsibilities:
•\tCreate content for Jo Loves social media platforms covering events, seasonal campaigns, retail, celebrity, brand partnerships and brand storytelling.
•\tConceptualise and drive the narrative and storytelling on a visual level.
•\tWork with our freelance copywriters to design the brand content rollout across all social channels.
•\tProduce social media design guidelines and templates.
•\tProduce design concepts and artwork for retail windows and instore.
•\tBe across the detail to design and deliver content balancing a multi-disciplinary skillset grounded in graphic design.
•\tWork with teams of creatives such as illustrators, photographers, videographers, 3D artists, animators and designers to collaboratively deliver content.
•\tBe a brand content custodian for work being produced by global markets and retailers.
•\tPresent directly to key stakeholders and department heads to deliver and approve deliverables against tight deadlines.
