Full time - Working in busy West End office
EMG are seeking a creative individual with a passion for theatre and live entertainment who can join our growing digital team. This new role will provide EMG with in-house capability to produce audio-visual content for our Theatre marketing and Advertising campaigns.
The Digital Content Creator will work within the Social/Digital team and produce first class branded content in partnership with external graphic design and A/V production partners. Key skills are the ability to work with After Effects and Adobe Premiere Suite (or DaVinci Resolve) plus some experience of filming to a good level. An inbuilt love of all things audio visual
An inbuilt love of all things online
An inbuilt love of the use of tech and software in everyday life
Mastery of the written English language and writing for the web and social media
Great organisation and planning skills with a precise attention to detail
Perform interviews to obtain the desired responses including Vox Pops films
Good knowledge and enthusiasm for Theatre and live entertainment
Work closely with External production companies and contractors when required
Good Image, audio and video acquisition skills (DSLR / Phone camera / Audio Recording)
Good Audio and Video manipulation skills (Premiere / Avid or similar)
Basic skills in the use of social media platforms
Basic image manipulation skills (Photoshop or similar)
Good understanding of copyright law and it’s evolving application online (Music / Image / 3rd Party)
Good understanding video, audio and image file formats and their usage
Basic working knowledge of the creative aspects of online video, television and film production
Basic working knowledge of the technical aspects of online video, television and film production
Great knowledge of classic and contemporary music, theatre, television and cinema
Great knowledge of streaming content trends, social media trends & influencers
