As a Business Development Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in driving growth and expanding our client base. This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive and results-driven individual who is eager to kick-start their career in business development. You will receive comprehensive training and mentorship to develop your skills and expertise in sales and client relationship management.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends.
Assist in developing and implementing strategic business development plans to achieve sales targets.
Prospect and qualify leads through cold calling, email outreach, and networking activities.
Schedule and coordinate meetings with prospective clients to present company offerings and solutions.
Collaborate with the sales team to prepare proposals, presentations, and sales contracts.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions using CRM software.
Build and nurture strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Stay updated on industry developments, competitive landscape, and emerging opportunities.Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in a related field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate value propositions effectively.
Proactive attitude and a passion for sales and business development.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent organisational and time management skills, with attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
Prior experience in sales, customer service, or business development is a plus but not required.
