Location: Hybrid – (2 days per week working from home) 3 days in Head Office, based in Milton Keynes.

We have a unique opportunity to join this superb business as a Parts Planning Manager at their head office in Milton Keynes. You will analyse data from multiple sources and provide your expertise to enhance the way they plan and drive their aftersales business. This role involves driving performance improvements and developing parts and pricing strategies.
Lead, coach, and develop your team to support the business’ parts sales goals.
Analyse market trends, customer needs, competitor activity, and product lifecycles to inform commercial plans and decisions.
Monitor parts business performance, identifying risks and opportunities, and proposing actions to achieve goals.
Leverage data and insights to support accurate forecasting.
Collaborate with finance team colleagues to review Aftersales financial planning and analysis processes.
Drive innovation in parts planning by embracing new technologies, tools, and methodologies.
Support the Parts Sales Coordinator in managing dealer parts targets and bonus programmes.
Provide complex analysis on the effectiveness of commercial activities and make recommendations.
Knowledge and experience of business planning (preferably parts), commercial management, or business insights within the automotive industry.
Strong commercial and financial acumen.
Planning and analytical skills, with the ability to turn insights into actions.
Meticulous attention to detail and the ability to identify anomalies in data.
Flexible approach, with the ability to deal with ambiguity and reprioritise when required.
Knowledge and understanding of franchised dealer networks.
People management experience.
