Location: London, England, United Kingdom (Remote but must be UK based)
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced CRM Executive (Marketing Automation Specialist) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing automation, with a focus on hands-on experience setting up campaigns and working with Salesforce Marketing Cloud. This role requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing automation, with a proven track record of success in driving business growth through automated marketing strategies.
Design, develop, and execute multi-channel marketing automation campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Journey Builder and other marketing automation tools
Create and manage email marketing assets for sync to SFMC.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing automation strategies with business objectives
Analyze campaign performance data to optimize future campaigns and improve ROI
Provide training and support to internal stakeholders on marketing automation tools and processes
Assist with troubleshooting technical issues related to marketing automation platforms and integrations on Salesforce Marketing Cloud
Help to develop and maintain documentation of marketing automation processes and procedures on Salesforce Marketing Cloud
Stay up-to-date with the latest marketing automation trends and best practices
3 years of experience in marketing automation, with a focus on hands-on experience setting up campaigns
~ Proven experience working with Salesforce Marketing Cloud
~ Strong understanding of marketing automation principles, including lead scoring, segmentation, and personalization
~ Experience with email marketing, lead nurturing, and demand generation
~ Strong analytical skills, with ability to analyze campaign performance data and make data-driven decisions
~ Excellent communication and project management skills, with ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
~ Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field
~ Experience with other marketing automation platforms, such as Marketo 
~ Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
~ Experience with A/B testing and experimentation
~ Experience with WhatsApp campaign management tools such as Jumper
~ Certification in marketing automation, such as Salesforce Certified Marketing Cloud Specialist
