We are seeking a driven and passionate Business Development Representative to join our dynamic team As part of our crew, you'll interact with our Marketing, Account Executives, and Sales Leaders, playing a vital role in generating leads and cultivating customer pipelines. This position offers robust support from a dedicated Business Development Representative manager. You'll undergo a well-established, comprehensive BDR training program, designed to equip you with the necessary skills and tools for successful onboarding and sustained job performance.

Speaking with prospective clients in relation to various products and services enquiries through building rapport, asking defined questions and providing required information. You will engage with prospects and convert the leads to Discovery Calls with our Account Executives which will contribute to your weekly targets.
This role is about reaching out to accounts, prospects and suspects using relevant information about their intent and engagement data. You will be trained to find this data and use your tenacious attitude for finding the right door to knock on.
Develop targeted call lists and manage targeted daily outbound emails and a consistent cadence of calls to targeted patch plan accounts.
Work in partnership with your Account Executives on the strategy and execution of the targeted patch plan accounts, always asking how to make the engagement better and driving qualified opportunities quicker.
Utilize social selling techniques to expand your network and open. Process unqualified inquiries to pre-qualified opportunities
Document all your activities in our customer relationship management database. Attention to detail and relentless desire for “no more dirty data” and creating “roaring revenue” your role is to make sure everything is traceable and the activity you are doing is working, no stone left unturned
Excellent communication, telephone manner, presentation and interpersonal skills;
~ Working knowledge of MS Office
~ English Speaking. A secondary and third language a plus.

B2B sales experience in a SaaS or software business preferred but not required
Pro-active, eager to learn (ongoing BDR training will be provided).
Fearless when it comes to acquisition and prospecting.
Expereince with working in Salesforce a huge advantage
