We are looking for TWO PART TIME FEMALE SUPPORT WORKERS who are passionate and dedicated, to join our incredible team in Shipton-by-Beningborough.

To apply, due to the nature of this service, you must be female, have a full manual UK driving licence and be over 21 years old.
As a Support Worker, you'll have the opportunity to make areal difference in the lives of individuals with learning disabilities. From assisting with daily activities to providing emotional support, you’ll play a vital role in their life.
In this service you will be supporting 4 young ladies in their busy and active lives.
A genuine passion for supporting others.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
A positive and empathetic attitude towards individuals with learning disabilities.Contract options:

Full-time: 37.Part-time: flexible hours based on availabilityShift times:
All our services are 24hr care. We prepare the rotas at least 4 weeks in advance so you can still plan your personal and social life
Days: Between 07:00-22:00There is also a sleep-in available where you will receive an enhanced flat rate payment of £62.All roles are subject to an enhanced DBS check and suitable references
** Due to the nature of this service, we are looking for female only applicants. 24 days annual leave plus bank holidays (pro-rata for part-time) + a variety of benefits including pension and holiday buying options.
