Data Administrator

We are seeking a dedicated Data Administrator to join our esteemed team at The Crown Estate. As a Data Administrator, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and optimising our property, lease, client, and supplier data, ensuring the highest degree of accuracy and integrity.

Purpose of Role:

  • Create and maintain property, lease, client, and supplier data with precision and accuracy.
  • Review and cleanse existing data to ensure data quality and consistency.
  • Continuously improve data management processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Main Accountabilities:

  • Accurately maintain property, lease, client, and supplier data records.
  • Transpose new leases, lease amendments, and unit/demise creations into our system of record.
  • Analyse lease data for variances and work with stakeholders to rectify errors.
  • Organise and transform data into structured formats for analysis and presentation.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and ensure data alignment.
  • Ensure tasks are completed within assigned service levels or escalated when necessary.
  • Drive automation of tasks and contribute to process improvement initiatives.

Knowledge, Experience, and Skills:

  • Experience in a data management role supporting real estate teams.
  • Familiarity with commercial and/or residential property and lease types.
  • Experience with MRI Horizon property management system or equivalent preferred.
  • Proven track record of providing data entry, analytics, and reporting.
  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to comprehend complex data relationships.
  • History of working in a process-controlled environment and driving process improvements.
  • Positive attitude towards challenges, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
