What You’ll Do:

Handbags, Small Leather Goods & Jewellery

Participate in the Merchandising of the collections:

  • Partake in the set up of the collection line plan – providing insights on trends and global market needs
  • Assist in Merchandising Meetings to establish optimum product range
  • Support with pricing seasonal collection and ad hoc additions

Elaboration of Market studies:

  • Analysis of competition in terms of prices, offer, structure of collection etc.

Participation in the organisation of show-rooms:

  • Coordinate with Florence HQ timely receipt of first set of samples in London
  • Coordinate sample shipment between showrooms
  • Be responsible for set up of collection overview and all internal documents for selling
  • Be responsible for maintenance of collection overview and official communication of cancellations and changes to the line to all relevant parties
  • Be responsible for the set up and maintenance of the collection offer in the internal order system
  • Support in set up of presentations and training documents

Responsible for setting up and maintaining the collection on Joor system:

  • Coordinate samples priority shot lists
  • Maintain Joor linelists on PLM, ensuring the system is accurate at all times
  • Check and upload all product images on Joor

In depth analysis of sell-in and sell-out results:

  • Detailed analysis of sales of different product groups, identifying best sellers, materials etc.
  • Establish weekly follow-up of best sellers for retail, joint venture (and key wholesale clients, where applicable)

·Follow up on Production

  • Participate in the set up of the production planning
  • Weekly monitoring of progress vs. planning
  • Manage leather approval process ensuring it is carried out in timely fashion

Coordinate and follow-up on press orders

  • Liaise with PR department and customer services to ensure orders are timely processed and transmitted
  • Follow up with Florence HQ to ensure timely delivery or to resolve any issue or delays

Coordinate and follow-up on special orders

  • Liaise with the source of such special orders to confirm all particularities of said specials (size, material, quantities, timing) and customer services to ensure orders are timely processed and transmitted
  • Follow up with Production team to ensure timely delivery or to resolve any issue or delays
  • Liaise with Product development & Design for approval of clients requests

Assist customer service and retail teams in evaluating customer claims and returns, identifying issues and possible solutions

Review information of seasonal Product Training for retail, franchisees and wholesale teams

Assist distribution team in providing customer training, if and when required

We’d Love to See:

  • Relevant degree or 3 to 4 years’ experience
  • Commercial: Driven, analytical, strategic, detail conscious, decision maker, problem solver, planner, organised thinker
  • Presentation skills: able to represent Jimmy Choo internally and externally, passionate, professional, effective communicator, stylish.
  • Team skills: good team player, able to work well as part of a team as well as independently, approachable.
  • Personal: able to work under pressure, deadline and delivery driven.
  • Advanced computer skills: good command of Excel & PowerPoint
  • Willingness to travel internationally
  • Italian language would be advantageous
