This eCommerce & Customer Service Executive appointment will see you responsible for all aspects of customer service and online order management, whilst gaining exposure to a whole range of ecommerce and digital marketing tools/platforms. You don’t need experience to get started, as they will offer plenty of training, however for the right person, this role is a great starting point in learning a whole host of skills that will stand you in good stead for the future

Delivering exceptional service to resolve all order and shipping related issues
Working with subscriptions to help customers adjust deliveries
Supporting the Marketing Manager in executing their plans through social media and CRM

6 months + demonstrable experience in a customer service or administrative position
~ Passion for customer service and being involved in the brands community development through CRM and Social
