About The Role: As a Test Analyst, you'll play a key part in ensuring the quality and reliability of changes delivered into critical operational systems. Working within an OT environment and supporting PowerOn ADMS-related delivery, you will translate requirements and workflows into clear, actionable test scenarios and contribute to safe and confident deployment. You will work closely with BAs, architects, engineers and SMEs to validate system behaviour, identify defects and provide the evidence needed for operational acceptance. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys getting into the detail, understanding how systems behave in real-world conditions, and ensuring that every change performs as expected. As The Test Analyst, You Will: Prepare and execute test cases, scripts and scenarios based on business requirements and system workflows. Carry out functional, non-functional, regression and integration testing across multiple environments. Validate PowerOn ADMS workflows, data flows and associated OT/IT integrations. Document test outcomes clearly and provide accurate defect logging and updates through to resolution. Support the development and maintenance of traceability from requirements through to test execution. Work with operational SMEs to ensure scenarios reflect real operational use cases. Contribute to test reports, progress updates and readiness assessments. Support operational acceptance and go-live activities where required. Participate in continuous improvement of testing practices and documentation. Requirements Experience as a Test Analyst or similar role within complex technical environments. Experience with OT, SCADA, ADMS or other safety-critical systems is highly desirable. Exposure to PowerOn ADMS is beneficial but not essential. Experience working in regulated sectors such as energy, utilities or critical national infrastructure is advantageous. Understanding of structured testing methodologies and quality assurance practices. Ability to interpret requirements, workflows and technical documentation to create effective test coverage. Strong attention to detail and the ability to identify, investigate and document defects clearly. Good communication and collaboration skills, able to work with technical and operational teams.
