Are you an ambitious graduate keen to jump into the fast-paced, high opportunity world of sales? This graduate role offers an excellent chance to do so, with no experience required.

Who’s hiring a graduate?

This business work with companies across the UK as a commercial workplace consultant, supporting their clients with interior design, fit-out, technology & furniture within their office space.

Current clients include major football teams, big players in the FMCG market, legal groups & more.

Established in the 1990’s and turning over more than £50 million per year, their desire to grow has never been bigger and a graduate salesperson will be the latest part of that.

The BDE role

Woking as a Business Development Executive, the day-to-day of your role will involve speaking to decision-makers at prospective clients (CEO’s, head of Operations, MD’s) to understand their need around office fit-out.

Through a mix of reacting to inbound leads and canvassing for new business, your initial aim will be to book in qualified leads for the senior sales team to close business.

As you progress in the role, there will be further opportunity for you to close business yourself & manage client relations going forward. Progression into a Business Development Manager role during the 2 nd year of your tenure is extremely possible, with further opportunities down the line to specialise within a particular area of the sales team.

What are we looking for?

This is an entry level role, with no prior experience in business-to-business sales needed.

Our client are looking for someone that feels they’ve got the personality for sales. Someone that has strong relationship building skills to utilise when reaching out to prospective clients, as well as the resilience & tenacity to drive new business.

There is no particular degree or work experience sought after, simply the soft skills & motivation required to succeed in a fast-paced environment. It won’t be easy, but the rewards are there for success

A driving license will most likely be needed to commute for the role, given the office location in Warrington.

Package offered;

  • 25k base salary
  • 35k OTE
