Medical Director - IVI Wimpole | London

IVI, a world-renowned leader in reproductive medicine with a global presence in over 70 clinics across 13 countries, is expanding its services in London’s world-famous medical district in Marylebone Wimpole Street. We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Medical Director to lead our esteemed team in delivering cutting-edge fertility treatments.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provide strategic leadership and medical oversight to ensure the highest standards of patient care and clinical excellence
  • Collaborate with the global medical leadership team to implement best practices and advancements in reproductive medicine
  • Drive clinical research initiatives, fostering an environment of innovation and continuous improvement
  • Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary team, promoting a culture of excellence, collaboration, and professional development
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with local healthcare partners, academic institutions, and regulatory bodies

REQUIREMENTS:

  • MRCOG or equivalent qualification in Obstetrics and Gynaecology
  • Consultant with GMC specialist registration
  • Substantial experience in reproductive medicine and assisted reproductive technologies (ART)
  • Previous leadership experience in a similar role
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with a diverse team and stakeholders
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development and research in reproductive medicine
