Blackfield Associates are currently partnering with a Mid-Sized Pharmaceutical Organization in the search for a Medical Director for Europe to work across their Oncology Portfolio.
Lead the development and execution of the EU medical affairs strategies in close collaboration with key internal stakeholders including the Global medical affairs team.
Work closely with the European affiliates to ensure effective local implementation of the medical strategy
Medical Affairs Budget management.
Build and maintain a professional network with relevant members of medical/scientific community, pharmaceutical organizations, patient associations and other applicable institutions.
Medical Degree OR Pharmacist OR PhD
Strong background and knowledge of Oncology and/or Rare Diseases
Significant relevant work experience in the pharmaceutical industry
Multi-country Medical Affairs experience
Experience in people management
Fluent in English (written & spoken)
