To support the delivery of Power training and competence provision, the role will focus on providing day-to-day support in the delivery of a training plan and competence requirements across Power. To support the Programme Lead - in the Day to Day tasks to support the training function within area of responsibility

To support the Operational areas in all aspects of their training MI

Advise operations of any change in training MI to ensure managers are aware of training needs

Work with the Programme Lead - to set the direction for the training programmes and MI in line with business goals and customer service values.

Support the Training teams to deliver high quality services - Training MI data as required

Ensure legal compliance for the business within a framework of business improvement and a satisfying working environment.

To facilitate and maintain effective communication links with the Operation and training teams

Promote Power Training delivery and services that we can offer

To ensure that you develop your capabilities through continuing professional development

Expert in use of MS Office - Excel, Word, Outlook

Training Evaluation methods and systems

A good working knowledge and an understanding of current training award bodies
