£100k - £120k + 30% + Vehicle
We are currently seeking a Head/Director of Sales for our Utilities clients. The role is based in Nottingham with a salary of £100k - £120k plus bonus and a vehicle and fantastic benefits package.
Responsibilities for Head of Sales:
- Achieve profitable contract acquisition and retention targets.
- Providing monthly reports from Sales department to wider UK management and Headquarters.
- Implementing the business sales strategy, policies and guidelines, in line with the overall business strategy.
- Promoting the use of major opportunity win planning and large account planning to maximize success.
- Work with Strategy colleagues to find key market opportunities to support definition and identification of key customers / groups.
- Assisting colleagues in gathering data for strategic market research and key customer surveys to identify strategic business opportunities.
- Maintaining regular customer communication to support annual NPS feedback and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Driving and monitoring performance of key market development / new product introduction programs.
- Ensuring effective sales setup capitalizing synergies.
- Ensuring an effective sales organization and infrastructure to collaborate with other departments.
- Annually compiling and agreeing budgets and new business growth targets,
- Provide help with colleague career progression, talent management and succession planning.
Requirements for Head of Sales:
- Track record of Sales leadership – beneficial in utilities or energy market
- Success in product introduction, market development, strategy implementation
- Knowledge of CRM applications and reporting
- Good understanding of sales process and managing new business.
- Full UK Driving Licence
