As a Quality Assurance Officer you will have the opportunity to work across all of Cambridgeshire County Council’s Children’s Services, including Targeted Support, Youth Justice and SEND. You will be part of a small team that has a strong emphasis on social care values and practice standards.

The role is currently based at Scott House in Huntingdon.

About youIdeally, you are a Social Worker who is registered with Social Work England. But if you have a degree (or equivalent) in a related field, or extensive experience in social care or youth justice, we’d love to hear from you too
You are professionally curious and want to understand why something has happened, what the impact might be and how we could improve it.
You can be flexible with changing demands and are creative in your approaches to meeting work challenges.
