£Dartmouth is working with a global insurance brokerage firm on a Senior Reward Analyst position. They provide risk management, insurance, and reinsurance solutions to clients across multiple industries.


We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Reward Analyst to join their HR team. Provide in-depth analysis of compensation and benefits data to ensure competitiveness and alignment with market trends.
Support and administer compensation and incentive programs, ensuring fairness, consistency, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
Provide expert advice and guidance on reward-related matters to senior leadership, HR business partners, and managers.
Work closely with HR colleagues to review and optimize performance management processes, ensuring alignment with reward strategies.
Reward analytics experience within the insurance or financial services industry.
Analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and draw actionable insights.
Understanding of compensation and benefits principles, practices, and regulations.
