Indem du Projekte leitest, den Markt analysierst und dein Wissen teilst, bist du hauptverantwortlich für das Wachstum und das Image unserer Marke in Großbritannien.

- Du bistfederführend für alle unsere Länderprojekte in UK verantwortlich und fungierst als zentrales Bindeglied zwischen verschiedenen Teams und potenziellen lokalen Agenturen
- Mit deinen Marktanalysen und Trendforschungen hilfst du unserem Unternehmen, in Großbritannienzu wachsen
- Um aufschlussreiche Reportings zu erstellen und datengetriebene Entscheidungen zu treffen, behältst du wichtige KPIs stets im Blick
- Von Influencer-Kooperationen über Co-Branding-Projekte bis hin zu dynamischen Marketing-Kampagnen verkörperst du die Persönlichkeit unserer Marke und sorgst dafür, dass sie in UK bekannt wird
- mindestens 3 Jahre Erfahrung als Country Manager oder in einer ähnlichen Position im E-Commerce mitbringst
- in London geboren und aufgewachsen bist und daher den britischen Markt mit seinen Trends und seiner Kultur wie kein*e andere*r kennst
- über alle wichtigen KPIs in diesem Sektor Bescheid weißt und in der Lage bist, Reportings und Retros zu erstellen
- ein Auge für Marketing- und Branding-Themen hast, um das Image unserer Marke auf internationalen Märkten zu stärken
- Lust hast, fully remote zu arbeiten und dein Team in Köln etwa einmal im Monat zu besuchen
