Job Description

The ideal candidate will possess over 10 years of post-qualification experience and demonstrate a profound understanding of Employment Law, including but not limited too:

  • Advising on employee and employer matters
  • TUPE,
  • Company restructures,
  • Range of employee relations,
  • IR35 advice

A proven track record of advising employers is essential, as is the ability to handle a high volume of work with precision and reliability. While existing contacts are advantageous, they are not mandatory for consideration.

You will need to demonstrate the following skills:

  • Exceptional Client Service skills
  • Proven Financial Performance
  • Sound Technical Ability in Employment matters
  • Lead Management and supervision and mentoring
  • Have a flair for Business Development

Technical prowess is expected, alongside a flair for negotiation and a meticulous approach to fee earning work, billing, and cash collection. The role demands flexibility, with the capacity to manage multiple matters simultaneously without compromising on quality or attention to detail.

Leadership qualities are paramount, as the position involves supervising junior fee earners and contributing to their development. The successful candidate will also be instrumental in business development, adept at nurturing client relationships, and expanding the firm's reach through strategic marketing initiatives.
