If you're passionate about making a positive impact in the lives of pupils with Special Educational Needs (SEN), this role is for you Support pupils with challenging behaviour and SEN, both on a 1:1 basis and in small groups. · Manage challenging behaviour in a positive, proactive, and consistent manner. · Supervise pupils during break and lunchtime as required. · Engage actively with pupils, forming positive rapport and encouraging their learning. Key Requirements: · Enhanced DBS check (ideally on the Update Service; Strong ability to build relationships and rapport with pupils and staff. · High levels of enthusiasm, energy, and positivity when working with pupils. · A genuine passion for helping young people fulfil their potential and flourish in their education. You will have the chance to make a meaningful difference in the lives of children every day.
