Due to continued expansion, we are actively seeking a VIP Client Relationship Manager to complement our client's team on a permanent basis.
As a new position within the organisation, we expect you to be integral in developing the framework for development and relationship management of our VIP clientele. Strategy Development: Establish a framework for VIP client management, including best practices and standard operating procedures.


~ Monitor and analyse client behaviour, spending patterns, and feedback to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.


~ Design and implement creative and exclusive incentives and rewards for high-spend clients, such as discounts, vouchers, gifts, or access to special events.


~ Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, such as marketing, sales, operations, suppliers, and partners, to deliver seamless and successful incentive and hospitality programmes.


~ The successful candidate will possess significant and demonstrable experience within a comparable role, with a proven background in strategy implementation and project management.

~ Willingness to travel and work non-standard hours as required.
